How long does it take for a claim pay-out?
The duration of a claim can vary due to a number of variables, making it challenging to predict an exact timeline. As a guide, some claims have been resolved in as little as two weeks, while others have spanned several months.
How do we get paid?
We manage your case on a contingency basis, often referred to as a “no-win, no-fee” arrangement, we therefore only proceed if we are confident in achieving a positive outcome.
Will this upset my broker?
Many clients maintain a positive rapport with their energy brokers, having entrusted them to secure favourable energy deals. Is there a chance my broker has not mis-sold to me?
There are obviously ethical brokers who operate with transparency and do not engage in mis-selling or conceal their fees, however the majority of cases we encounter involve at least some form of mis-selling.
